Kirkwood, Bloomington, IN Local leaders in business, media, education, the arts, and politics are preparing their foxtrots and swing steps for the Fifth annual “Dancing with the Celebrities,” an effort to raise funds for six area charities. Modeled on the wildly popular television series “Dancing with the Stars,” the program matches six Monroe County personalities with Arthur Murray Instructors. The duos will perform for the public May 21st at Bloomington’s Buskirk-Chumley Theatre, with the profits going to Stone Belt, The Foundation for Monroe County Schools, The Parks and Recreation Foundation, Habitat for Humanity(Bloomington HS North Chapter), Girls Inc and Pinacle School.
